Reporting to the assistant director of pharmacy services, this position is responsible for the operational management of information technology for the entire department of pharmacy services at OHSU. Also responsible for the development and maintenance of regulatory and quality assurance initiatives within the department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee supervision; education and training of staff; program development; management of business and professional activities of the pharmacies; quality assessment and process improvement; and maintenance of practice standards, customer service, compliance with accreditation standards and applicable laws and regulations; coordination of pharmacy services with other hospital departments, and teaching of pharmacy students, interns and residents..

Required: Pharmacy, BS, MS, PhD, PharmD, Practice as an informatics pharmacist or as a pharmacy manager in a hospital setting. Proficiency in an area of clinical pharmacy practice.Communication, written and verbal.Supervision.Contemporary Practice of Pharmacy.Licensed Pharmacist in Oregon.Preferred: PharmD, Masters or Pharmacy ResidencyUniversity hospital experience.

1.0 FTE; Salary Range: $93,800-150,000/yr; Location: Marquam Hill
