Manager Patient Care Services – Emergency Department

$1,000 Colleague Referral Bonus*

We are initiating a national search for a Manager of Patient Care Services for the Emergency Department for a dynamic 250 bed community hospital part of a hospital system in Washington State. 

 

• This position reports to the Director of Patient Care Services   
• New Patient Care Tower will house Emergency Department.  
• New Tower will have all private rooms.  All new equipment.
• Potential for growth of services.  Large patient population.
• Our entire system is connected through electronic medical records and computerized physician order entry shortly.

 

Requirements:

BSN Required, Master’s preferred

Three (3) years clinical experience in the specialty field within the last five (5) years

Three years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity

Demonstrated ability to create and lead highly effective teams

Committed to quality patient care

Customer service focus with a win/win attitude

Experience with working on ED throughput issues.

Union experience a plus

LEAN experience a plus

 

Qualified candidates will be offered a Competitive Salary and an annual 10% incentive compensation bonus, relocation package and 35 days/year of paid time off (7 weeks).
