Manager, Cardiopulmonary/Respiratory Care Services

Legacy Emanuel is currently seeking a leader to join our team!  The Cardiopulmonary/Respiratory Care Manager has 24-hour responsibility for the overall operations of the departments, including staffing, supervision, coaching and competencies.  The Manager provides leadership and overall direction to departments working with physicians, medical director, director, nurse managers and department staff to plan and deliver services.  

The ideal candidate will have the following: 
•  Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
•  Minimum of five years progressively more responsible experience in Respiratory Therapy/Cardiopulmonary to include 3 years of supervisory    experience.  Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred. 
•  Strong team-building skills.  
•  Proven leadership expertise, financial management and excellent human resource skills required. 
•  Able to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skills dealing with all levels of staff, management, physicians and the public.
